Kickboxing

Kickboxing at NLXF is an experience you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a high-energy, engaging way to get an incredible cardio workout while building skill and technique. Instead of just throwing punches at a bag, we focus on form and progression—starting with fundamental movements and gradually advancing to more complex combinations throughout the session. No matter your age or fitness level, NLXF kickboxing delivers an intense, full-body workout that keeps you challenged and coming back for more.

Strength & Cardio

Strength and cardio days at NLXF are all about variety. Each workout is designed to keep both your body and mind engaged, constantly introducing new challenges to keep things fresh and exciting. You'll work with a mix of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, ladders, hurdles, benches, and more. These sessions are built to push your limits, helping you grow stronger and more resilient every week.

Weekly Structure

At NLXF, every day brings a new challenge. While some days follow familiar formats to help you build confidence and progress, our workouts are always evolving to keep you engaged and pushing your limits.

Mondays are the most variable day of the week. Most will focus on strength, but early in the session, we may incorporate kickboxing for technique work. Occasionally, you’ll experience a Black Monday — an intense, high-energy cardio workout designed to test your endurance and mental toughness.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are strength-based training days, focusing on upper body, lower body, or full-body workouts. These days often incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for added endurance and conditioning.

Wednesdays and Fridays are dedicated to kickboxing, so bring your gloves! Fridays feature The Gauntlet, a dynamic, high-intensity format that challenges both your skills and endurance — many members say it’s their favorite day!

What Is Kickboxing & Why Does NLXF Use It?

At NLXF, we believe kickboxing is an optimal workout to give you the intensity you need to see quick results. If you’ve never kickboxed before, don’t sweat it! As each 8-week session begins, our instructors are ready to show you the ropes and walk you through the basics so that you have the foundation you need.

I Want to Try NLXF Before I Commit. Can I Come to a Class Before Signing Up?

Of course! During the “off” period between each 8-week session, we hold a series of free trial classes. These are a great time to come and see what NLXF is all about. Our next window of trial classes will come April 29 through May 15.

Can I Keep Working out at Next Level Extreme Fitness Between Sessions?

Yes! We offer two levels of membership pricing: A membership that is good for one eight-week session, and an ongoing membership plan billed monthly. If you’re on an ongoing monthly plan, you’ll have access to NLXF and all of the benefits you enjoy during a session – even after your 8-week session ends. How “Fit” Do I Need to Be to Join Next Level Extreme Fitness?

NLXF classes are for EVERYONE, regardless of your physical ability. Our trainers are equipped to work with anyone, and we can modify the exercises in our workout to fit your fitness level as needed. However, we do want all of our participants to be mentally prepared for an intense workout, from start to finish. Our goal is to take you to the next level!
